Babysitter/Nanny - Summer Camp

Babysitter/Nanny - Summer Camp Position Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, a joyful and values-driven non-profit overnight camp located in Wingdale, NY, is seeking a Babysitter/Nanny to care for the young children of our senior staff who live on-site during the summer. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for consistent summer work in a beautiful, fun-filled environment. You'll be part of a warm and welcoming community, surrounded by nature, music, and meaningful moments.

What You'll Do:

Provide reliable, nurturing care for one or more children (age 15 months-5 years) Engage kids in creative, age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors Support daily routines including meals, naptime, playtime, and hygiene Communicate regularly with parents (who are on-site) about the day's routines and needs Maintain a clean and child-friendly environment Be a calm, kind, and trustworthy presence in our camp family

Ideal Candidate:

Has babysitting, nannying, preschool, or early childhood experience Can work full-time or consistent part-time hours between mid-June and mid-August. Weekends and evenings as needed. Dependable, playful, patient, and great with young kids CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified before summer)

Logistics:

Meals provided while on-site. Free Parking. Option to live on-site or commute to Camp on a regular basis
