We will be hosting Walk-In Interviews July 24, 2026 9:00am - 10:30am! We would love for you to come in and chat with us! Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily needs Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and activity schedules to foster positive experiences Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and childcare licensing regulations at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with infant care, toddler care, and preschool-aged children Familiarity with child supervision techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is required Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
