Job Description

Full-Time Long-Term Nanny Needed | Tahlequah, OK | Infant Care | $25-35/hour A professional, organized, and engaged family in Tahlequah is seeking a full-time nanny for their infant daughter beginning June 2026. This is a long-term opportunity with a family who values nurturing, developmentally focused care and is hoping to build a lasting relationship with the right caregiver. The family is seeking a dependable, communicative, and experienced nanny who is confident caring for infants and creating a calm, stimulating, screen-free environment. The ideal candidate is warm yet structured, attentive, mature, and able to work independently within a busy professional household.
Responsibilities include:
Full care of one infant during working hours Developmentally appropriate play and activities Literacy exposure and educational engagement Age appropriate crafts and sensory activities Child-related meal prep and bottle/feeding support Child laundry and laundering bedding Toy sanitizing and maintaining organized child spaces Child-related dishes and light common area tidying Outdoor play and routine support
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday from 8:30am-6:30pm with occasional overtime as needed.
Additional Details:
Dad works from home in a separate office space Family prefers a nanny who can work independently and confidently Screen-free environment during working hours No pet care required
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional nanny experience preferred Strong infant experience required Reliable transportation Organized, punctual, and communicative personality Strong professional references
Compensation & Benefits:
$25-35/hour depending on experience Paid vacation Paid sick time Major holidays off 401k/investment stipend

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
