$27-$29/hr, paid legally on the books, with time-and-a-half for overtime Schedule September-May (school year): Mondays and Fridays, 8:00am-3:00pmTuesdays and Thursdays:
12:00pm-5:00pm, year-round Summer / school breaks: Some flexibility with days may be needed (occasional long weekends away), so adaptability is a plus Spring schedule: Possible shift to later evening hours on some days to help with dinner, bath, and bedtime — this is a requirement About the Family This loving family is looking for warm, dependable help caring for their two daughters — an almost 3-year-old girl and a newborn (1 month old). Dad travels frequently for work (100+ nights per year), so mom is looking for reliable, trustworthy support at home. There are no household pets. What You'll Be Doing Providing hands-on care and support for the newborn, giving mom extra hands and peace of mind Helping care for and engage the almost-3-year-old Assisting with light household management tasks — grocery runs and occasional errands Supporting the day-to-day rhythm of the household so things run smoothly Traveling with the family as needed What We're Looking For A candidate who is: Trustworthy and reliable Caring and nurturing, especially with young children Responsible and able to work independently Organized and a strong team player A strong communicator — mom needs someone she can fully trust, and someone both girls will feel comfortable and secure with Willing and able to travel with the family (this is a requirement of the position) Non-smoking Requirements Minimum 3 years of paid childcare experience, including infant experience CPR and First Aid certified Clean driving record Willing to submit to a background check and 10-panel drug test What's Offered Legal pay on the books, with time-and-a-half for overtime Guaranteed hours and pay Paid vacation time Paid sick time Paid holidays Mileage reimbursement A supportive, family-oriented work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should send a proper resume to KeystoneNannies@gmail.com to be considered for this position.
