The Pittsburgh After School Academy is looking for two Assistant Group Supervisors for our after school program in the East Allegheny School District. The program will be held at the East McKeesport Senior Citizen Community Center at 539 Chicora St East McKeesport Pennsylvania 15035 . Apply by going to www.

PittAfterSchool.com/jobs and fill out the application at the bottom of that page. Compensation - Pay for this position is $27/hour. 15 hours a week, Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 6pm You will work 3 hours a day but get paid 4 hours a day.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for workers that are dependable (ie will show up to work everyday) and who enjoy kids, not simply tolerate them.
Responsibilities include:
Helping to serve meals to kids. Meals are delivered daily by the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank Watch kids and engage with kids for playtime through activities such as board games, card games, and play time until parents arrive. Help with cleanup and getting things ready for the next day This is a fairly easy and straightforward job of caring for kids after school until their parents can pick them up after work.
Qualifications:
In addition to the qualification levels listed at the top of this job description, other qualifications include: At least 18 years of age Minimum 2 years experience with kids Must have all 4 background checks, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Pennsylvania Criminal, FBI Fingerprint, and National Sex Offender Registry Also, you must have background checks for
ANY STATE
that you have lived in over the last 5 years Must have 2 character references (non family members) Must have health report (within 1 year) and negative tb test (within last 2 years). Must use PA Dept of Human Service's health form. We can email the form to you.
