August 3, 2026 Keystone Nannies is assisting a warm, busy family in Hummelstown, PA in their search for a trustworthy, loving, and experienced nanny to care for their two daughters — a little girl about to turn three, and a five-month-old baby girl. Family & Schedule:
Mom is a physician who works rotating 12-hour hospital shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM), typically 7 days on, 7 days off, roughly every other week. Dad commutes to York on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and needs coverage from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM those days. On Thursdays and Fridays, when he works from home, coverage is needed from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a household with two young children needing full attention, warmth, and consistency.
Childcare Responsibilities:
Full care for two girls, including feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines Support with potty training for the oldest (nearly potty trained) Engaging age-appropriate activities: games, reading, and outdoor play Close supervision of the baby, who is now rolling over and beginning to teethe Creating a safe, loving, and structured environment for both girls
Household Manager Duties:
Family laundry Meal prep for the family Assist with loading and unloading the dishwasher Maintaining common living areas throughout the week Grocery shopping for the family Running errands as needed Assisting with organization and packing as the family prepares for their move to Tennessee Full list will be provided before hire
Household Pets:
Three friendly indoor cats who are good with the children.
Position Details:
This position offers flexibility for the right candidate: Short-term option: Through December 2026 Long-term option: Continuing with the family as they relocate to Tennessee in December 2026, with the possibility of a live-in arrangement
Compensation & Benefits:
$26-$29/hour , paid on the books (legal, payroll position) Guaranteed hours and pay Paid sick time Paid vacation time Paid holidays
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of paid childcare experience Current CPR and First Aid certification Clean driving record Must be willing to complete a full background check, including a 10-panel drug test
