Your responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of early childhood professionals Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging culture for children, families, and staff Building strong relationships with families while delivering an exceptional customer experience Driving enrollment through community partnerships and local outreach Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and quality standards Managing daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance Maintaining high educational standards through curriculum oversight and classroom support Fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across your team What We're Looking For We're seeking an inspiring leader who combines operational excellence with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Qualified candidates will have:
Experience leading and developing successful teams Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience overseeing business operations, budgeting, enrollment growth, or revenue goals preferred Knowledge of state licensing regulations and quality standards preferred The ability to meet all state licensing qualifications for a Center Director Basic computer proficiency The ability to meet the physical requirements of working in an early childhood education environment Why You'll Love Working Here We know great leaders deserve great support.
