The ideal candidate has experience as a Director and is knowledgeable about PA daycare regulations, positive, enthusiastic, and a strong leader. It is our hope that he/she will contribute to our mission to continue to support our families through nurturing and exceptional quality programs required to help the diversity of children and families learn, thrive, and grow. Exceptional candidates will have any of the following experiences: Minimum of two years experience working in a childcare facility Experience as a director Knowledge of the CACFP Food Program Knowledge of Keystone STARS training and requirements Knowledge of NAEYC Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs for children in accordance with state regulations. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the childcare facility. Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure a positive learning environment. Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or issues.
