Champions is hiring a Site Director at Rolling Hills Elementary School!
  • This is a before and after school program
  • We hope you will join us in celebrating, fostering relationships with students, families, district personnel and MORE!
This program runs Before & After the normal school day. Roles are through KinderCare Learning Companies! We cannot wait to Connect with You!
Program Hours:
Programs Run Monday
  • Friday!
No Nights! No Weekends!
Before School Hours:
7am-9am
After School Hours:
3:15pm
  • 6pm Additional Hours Outside of program for admin tasks

What you'll do: Enrich the lives of school age kids Work in ratio with staff & kids during program hours Implement KCE's curriculum & Planning Partner with parents and school personnel to cultivate positive lasting relationships! Create a safe, nurturing environment Partner & communicate with Parents, School Staff, and Students, while Cultivating Positive Relationships Supervise Children & complete hourly headcounts What you bring: Previous site director experience preferred Ability to meet all state specific licensing or qualification requirements. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English How will YOU inspire Brilliance in one of our classrooms?
