Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated childcare staff to join our team in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Our staff support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs while following daily routines, safety standards, and program policies. Team members work together to supervise children, implement age-appropriate activities, and maintain a clean and organized classroom. Pay starting at $13.00 an hour Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Create a positive, caring, and supportive environment Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and learning experience's support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Follow daily schedules including meals, nap time, play time, and learning activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Assist children with basic needs such as toileting, feeding, and hygiene Communicate professionally with parents and guardians when necessary Follow all daycare policies, state regulations, and health and safety guidelines Work cooperatively with other staff members and assist where needed Report any concerns regarding children's health, safety, or behavior to supervisors Qualifications Prior experience working with children(1250 hours) is a MUST Ability to supervise multiple children safely Ability to pass background check and FBI fingerprints CPR/First aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments. Certification or coursework in early childhood education, special education, or related fields is a plus. Join us in shaping bright futures!
