Duties Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote holistic child development and align with educational standards Lead strategic planning efforts to expand program offerings, improve services, and enhance community engagement Manage the center's budget, monitor financial health, and oversee fundraising activities to support ongoing initiatives Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development to maintain a high-performing team Oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety protocols Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication, parent engagement events, and responsive support Represent the center at public events, community meetings, and stakeholder discussions to promote its mission and programs Requirements Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or childcare settings Strong background in curriculum development, classroom teaching, and working directly with young children Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance Excellent strategic planning abilities coupled with budgeting expertise to ensure sustainable growth Skilled in public speaking, community outreach, and building partnerships for fundraising or program support Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices in childcare management Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field; advanced credentials are preferred Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
