Responsibilities:
Support teachers with daily classroom activities and learning experiences Assist with meals, snacks, and classroom routines Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate positively with parents and staff Follow Tennessee childcare licensing regulations and center policies Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff information Participate in staff meetings and center activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work with children ages 6 weeks-5 years Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Childcare experience preferred Why Join Us?
