Now Hiring:
Part-Time or Full-Time Childcare Teacher (Net Academy) Ages 1-4 | Flexible Schedules | Overtime Available Net Academy is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Part-Time or Full-Time Child Care Teacher to join our team. We are also welcoming active or previously active RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to apply! We serve children ages 1-4 years old, including those with special needs, and are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment. Position Overview The ideal candidate will support daily classroom routines, implement engaging learning activities, and provide individualized care that supports each child's developmental milestones. This role requires patience, creativity, and experience working with young children, especially those with special needs or developmental delays. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Plan and lead age-appropriate learning and play-based activities Support developmental growth through structured routines and positive engagement Assist with feeding, diapering, potty training, and personal care needs Implement positive behavior support strategies when needed Provide care and support for children with special needs using individualized approaches Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Communicate daily updates with parents and guardians Work collaboratively with staff to ensure consistency in care and learning Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures Requirements Prior experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, nannying, or early childhood settings Experience working with children with special needs or developmental delays is required or strongly preferred Active or previous RBT experience welcome to apply Strong understanding of early childhood development and classroom management CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) Patient, reliable, nurturing, and attentive personality Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, child-focused environment Position Highlights Part-time or full-time positions available Flexible scheduling options Overtime opportunities available Supportive, child-centered work environment Ages served: 1-4 years old Special needs support-focused program If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives, we would love to hear from you!
