Inspect certified vehicle on a daily basis to make certain it meets safety requirements as specified by state licensing and DMV. Account for children when picking up and dropping them off at various locations. Monitor the behavior of children while on the van/bus; document issues and concerns as needed and notify the Director in writing of any problems. Maintain a professional appearance by following the company dress code. Maintain cleanliness and adequate fuel supply of vehicle. 1year of school driving experience. F Endorsement Required. Background check required. Must have and maintain a safe and violation free driving record. Ensure the safety of each child by maintaining vehicle functionality on a regular basis as well as implement safety procedures with the Director. Additional training will be required through the TN Department of Human Services, which A Mother's Wish Childcare will guide you through.
