PART-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT / NANNY Boerne, TX

We are a busy entrepreneurial family in Boerne looking for a warm, dependable, proactive Family Assistant/Nanny to support our household and help care for our three children (ages 12, 10, and 7). This is a long-term part-time position for someone who is highly organized, flexible, trustworthy, and comfortable in a fast-paced household environment.

Responsibilities may include:

School pickups/drop-offs and driving to activities Helping maintain household organization and resets Kids' laundry and tidying children's spaces Meal/snack prep for kids Running occasional errands Unboxing/breaking down boxes & steaming clothing items Helping keep schedules and routines running smoothly Supervising children after school and during occasional evenings Assisting during busy work periods and travel Light household support (not deep cleaning) We are looking for someone who: Has previous nanny, household assistant, or childcare experience Is reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure Loves children and enjoys being part of a family team Has a clean driving record Is comfortable with pets (no allergy to cats) Values discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Can adapt to changing schedules when needed

Ideal Schedule:

Part-time with flexible hours. Most needs will be weekday afternoons with occasional evenings or additional support during busy seasons. Will provide a schedule the week prior with flexibility for last minute commitments.
