Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social interaction. Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to safety protocols, conducting regular environment checks, and responding promptly to any emergencies. Support classroom management by maintaining organized routines, encouraging positive behavior, and managing behavioral challenges with patience and effective behavior management techniques. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with health standards. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise during care sessions. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment that supports children with disabilities or special educational needs through tailored activities and accommodations. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is preffered. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure quick response in emergencies. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and excellent caregiving abilities. Ability to work effectively with children of different ages including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
