Child Care Manager

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and reliable Childcare Manager to help lead our infant- early preschool program (6 weeks-3 years). If you love building relationships, supporting teachers, and creating a joyful, safe learning environment for little ones—this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do As a Childcare Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly and supporting both families and staff.

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the Director and Assistant Director with daily operations Maintaining accurate and organized parent files and enrollment records Leading and assisting with family tours and welcoming new families Answering incoming phone calls from parents, staff, and outside inquiries Spending time in classrooms to support teachers and new hires Helping with classroom coverage, including breaks and transitions Ensuring children are always safe, engaged, and well cared for Promoting a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the school What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting Previous childcare management experience required Strong understanding of state licensing standards and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hands-on environment High School Diploma or Equivalent required What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits package Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A fun, meaningful career where every day makes a difference If you're passionate about early childhood education, love being both a leader and a team player, and want to make an impact in the lives of young children—we'd love to meet you!
