Childcare Enrollment & Family Engagement Coordinator Location:
White Settlement, TX Schedule:
Part-Time (20-25 Hours Weekly)
Compensation:
$16-$20 Hourly + Enrollment Bonuses Position Overview Crescent City Academy is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Childcare Enrollment & Family Engagement Coordinator to help launch and grow our newest childcare location in White Settlement, Texas. This is a sales-focused enrollment position responsible for increasing student enrollment, conducting tours, building relationships with prospective families, and serving as the welcoming face of our program. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with parents, enjoys building relationships, follows up consistently, and understands how to convert inquiries into enrolled families. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, sales, community outreach, childcare administration, or family engagement. The primary goal of this position is to help fill enrollment at our new location by actively recruiting and enrolling children into our programs. Key ResponsibilitiesEnrollment & Sales Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective families Respond to phone calls, website inquiries, emails, and social media messages promptly Schedule and conduct in-person childcare tours Follow up with prospective families through phone calls, text messages, and email Maintain enrollment tracking and lead management systems Convert inquiries and tours into enrolled students Assist families through the registration and enrollment process Meet weekly and monthly enrollment goals Family Engagement Build positive relationships with current and prospective families Organize family engagement activities and community events Support parent communication efforts Ensure families receive exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process Marketing & Community Outreach Visit local businesses, apartment communities, churches, schools, and community organizations to promote enrollment Represent Crescent City Academy at community events and networking opportunities Distribute marketing materials throughout the service area Assist with social media content and enrollment campaigns Support open houses, enrollment drives, and special events Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation Track tours, leads, conversions, and enrollment statistics Prepare weekly enrollment reports Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, childcare, admissions, recruiting, or community outreach preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with families in person and over the phone Self-motivated and goal-oriented Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Childcare, education, or early childhood experience is a plus Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Number of leads generated Number of tours scheduled Number of tours completed Number of enrollment applications received Number of students enrolled Community partnerships established Why Join Crescent City Academy?
