Compensation:
$25.00+ per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule:
Wednesday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with occasional, pre-planned 30-minute flexibility)
The Kids:
1 brilliant 2-year-old girl & a sweet newborn arriving early next year!
Start Date:
Late July /
August Commitment:
2-5 years preferred

The Opportunity:
Fort Worth Placement A collaborative, warm family in Fort Worth is seeking a mature, career-minded nanny to become a trusted extension of their household. The primary focus of this role is the intentional, screen-free development of their curious 2-year-old daughter, with newborn care entering the mix early next year.
Key Responsibilities:
Curated Child Development:
Plan and execute purposeful, daily learning activities. This family values creativity over screens, prioritizing outdoor play, structured learning, and growth.
Community Outings:
Safely transport and guide the toddler through enriching, educational activities and local outings.
Household Partnership:
Seamlessly step in during nap times to handle child-related household tasks (toddler meal prep, children's laundry, toy organization, and keeping spaces tidy).
Water Safety:
Confidently supervise swimming activities in the family's home pool.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an educator at heart someone with a strong background in Montessori, preschool, or early childhood education who naturally takes initiative.
Experience:
3+ years of professional, verifiable childcare experience (required for full-time placements).
Education Focus:
Strong background or deep understanding of early childhood development/Montessori principles.
Safety & Credentials:
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date) and a strong swimmer .
Character:
Punctual, reliable, organized, and possesses a warm yet professional presence.
Logistics:
18+ years old, reliable personal transportation, clean driving record, able to pass a rigorous background check, and able to provide 2 professional childcare references.
