Frisco, Texas Job Duties:

Providing full-time care for a school-age child in private household, including morning and evening routines; Supporting childs English language development through reading and writing; Working as a Nanny for a single parent; Serving as the primary point of contact with childs school, responding to emails and attending events, and handling urgent or unexpected matters; Independently providing daily care routines and household responsibilities in the absence of parents for extended periods; Maintaining consistent household routines while adapting to the familys unique and changing schedule; Driving and navigating in major metropolitan areas; Integrating character and core values education into daily activities by discussing lessons from books, movies, and shows, as directed by the host parent; Taking care of the meal planning and preparation, including for children with allergies; Ensuring that child is properly clothed and groomed; Entertaining child with arts and crafts projects; Arranging and supervising playdates; Engaging in age-appropriate fitness activities for children, as well as participating with them in such activities; Assisting child with daily homework and educational enrichment activities; Being up to date with children fashion and apparel to help source/purchase clothes for school and different events; Helping child with technology, such as computers, iPads/phones, etc.; Reading books, singing/teaching new songs to children; and Overseeing and facilitating educational games and creative activities either indoor or outdoor. The position is for a nanny. The beneficiary will provide care for the employers household child including supervising daily activities, ensuring their safety, preparing meals and snacks that are safe for the child given her specific allergies, and performing child-related housekeeping duties such as cleaning up after the child, organizing their belongings, and doing childs laundry. The duties are limited to childcare and do not include general household management or unrelated domestic work. The job duty driving and navigating in major metropolitan areas will typically involve incidental and limited to local transportation within Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) for childcare-related activities, such as transporting the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, medical appointments, and other routine daily activities. However, approximately 6 times per year extended travel by air to various major metropolitan areas that are yet to be determined will be required. The employer brings his child with him when he travels approximately 6 times per year, and he needs the assistance of the employee nanny.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related role caring for children of different ages in private household; 2 years of experience with meal planning and preparation, including for children with allergies; arts and crafts projects; experience with hairstyling for kids; arranging and supervising playdates; and with age-appropriate fitness activities for children; attentive care and emotional support to children ensuring safe and inclusive environment; experience in teaching kids a new language; Must possess valid CPR Certification; Must not have a history of driving citations, criminal offenses, civil lawsuits, financial or legal issues, or smoking, alcohol, or drug use.
