McKinney, TX & Frisco, TX (and surrounding North Texas area)Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $25.00+ per hour (based on role & experience)Job Type:

Engage kids in fun, age-appropriate play, educational activities, and outdoor adventures. Follow family routines to help keep the day smooth and predictable. Support with basic care like diaper changes, feeding, and light meal prep. Keep children's spaces clean, organized, and safe. Provide reliable, safe transportation to school, activities, and appointments.What We're Looking For:
Age:
18 years of age or older.Experience:
2 years of childcare experience for babysitting and part-time positions. 3 years of childcare experience for full-time positions.Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to placement).Communication:
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence.Organization:
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy household.Transportation:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to placements as needed.References & Background:
