Job Description

Schedule:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (12 hours/week)

Position Overview:
A family is looking for a caring, dependable, and nurturing nanny to provide care for their 6-month-old baby two days per week. The ideal caregiver will have experience with infants and a Montessori background or familiarity with Montessori principles.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care for a 6-month-old baby Prepare and give bottles Follow the baby's nap and daily routine Take the baby on walks around the neighborhood or to a nearby park Engage the baby in age-appropriate play and activities Maintain a safe and clean environment for the baby Complete light child-related cleaning when the baby is sleeping or otherwise occupied
Ideal Candidate:
Experience caring for infants, especially babies around 6 months old Montessori background or experience with Montessori principles preferred CPR certified Reliable, patient, and nurturing Comfortable following the family's established routine Someone who is looking for a consistent, part-time commitment
Length of Commitment:
Approximately 6 months, with the opportunity to reevaluate and potentially continue after that period. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys working one-on-one with infants and is looking for a consistent two-day-per-week schedule.
