Experience Proven management experience in licensed child care centers or similar early childhood education settings. Extensive knowledge of assisted living environments, nursing home experience, or home & community care is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special health needs enhances your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with memory care practices such as Alzheimer's care and dementia care strategies is advantageous. Strong background in creating and managing care plans tailored to diverse needs of children or residents. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising teams of staff members effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Prior experience in long-term care settings or retirement homes adds valuable insight into senior care principles applicable in multi-generational programs. Competence in budgeting, operations management, social work principles, and financial acumen ensures smooth facility functioning. Knowledge of medication administration protocols relevant to pediatric or senior populations is beneficial. Join us as we nurture growth and create vibrant communities where children thrive!
