OPEN About the Family & Role A loving Christian family in Trophy Club, TX is looking for a warm, high-energy, and long-term full-time nanny to care for their energetic 2-year-old boy! The ideal candidate has a bubbly, naturally perky personality and plenty of stamina to keep up with an active toddler who loves to run and play outdoors. The family values faith, community, and collaboration—a work-from-home mom will be on-site, and they look forward to welcoming a nanny who feels like a natural extension of the family (think shared lunches and occasional coffee runs!). You will also take the lead on organizing weekly playdates with his cousin's nanny and keeping his days structured, engaging, and fun.

You'll get to hang out with a friendly, 8-year-old Cavapoo!
Key Responsibilities Active Engagement:
Plan and lead age-appropriate play, educational activities, and outdoor adventures to burn off toddler energy.
Playdate Coordination:
Take the initiative to coordinate and attend weekly playdates with his cousin's nanny.
Routine & Care:
Follow daily feeding, nap, and routine schedules, including light meal prep, diaper changes, and keeping children's spaces clean and organized.
Pet Friendly:
Be comfortable sharing the home with a sweet, low-maintenance dog.
Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside a WFH mom in a warm, welcoming home atmosphere.
Position Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3 years of full-time childcare/nanny experience required.
Age:
18 years of age or older.
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date).
Transportation:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Background Check:
Clean background check and at least 2 strong professional references from previous childcare employers.
Personality:
