Full-time Nanny | Wills Point, TX 75169 | $28-$33 per hour | Start ASAP We have a loving family looking for a nanny who understands the unique needs of their child and can create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment each day. Read the full job details below before applying.

Location:

Family's home in Wills Point, TX 75169

Pay:

$28-$33 per hour 3 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave Premium travel rate Growth potential Potentially negotiable for the right candidate (based on qualifications and experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, split schedule: 6:45-8:00 AM and 3:30-7:00 PM Friday, half day: 12:00-7:00 PM Overnight or travel care: Occasionally needed, up to once per month for 2-3 days

Child:

8 years old

Duties:

School drop off & pick up; provide safe transportation Prepare after-school snacks or light meals and pack lunches for the next day Provide structure and consistency during the afternoon and evening routine Oversee playdates and transitions to extracurriculars Encourage reading and help child stay organized with schoolwork Support with homework, school projects, and study habits Plan age-appropriate after-school activities Ensure backpacks, uniforms, and supplies are ready for the next day Tidy kitchen and dining areas used during after-school time Provide light pet care as needed (feeding, letting outside) Occasional errands when child is in school such as taking the nanny car to get cleaned We're looking forward to meeting nannies who take pride in their work and find joy in helping children grow. Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements Must have 2 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately Must be at least 21 years of age Have a reliable car Excellent driving record Be drug-free Able to swim Have a stable work history Speak excellent English - must read & write Be authorized to work in the United States Have no criminal record Be CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)
