Duties Provide attentive supervision and engaging activities tailored to children's ages, including infants, toddlers, and older kids Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by following established safety protocols Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and playtime Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing appropriate care strategies Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's activities and any concerns that arise Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Follow all health guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary, to handle minor injuries or emergencies promptly Skills Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques for infants and children Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
