This role will focus on all aspects of newborn care, including establishing routines, supporting feeding and sleep schedules, and guiding the baby's early developmental milestones. As first-time parents, they are looking for a nanny who can provide guidance and reassurance, helping them navigate each stage with confidence. Once trust is established, they will offer a high level of autonomy, allowing the nanny to confidently manage the day-to-day care of the baby. Day in the Life Your day will center around caring for the newborn while creating a calm, consistent rhythm in the home. Mornings may begin with feeding, soothing, and setting the tone for the day, followed by engaging in developmentally appropriate activities such as tummy time, sensory play, and early interaction. Throughout the day, you'll support naps, maintain feeding routines, and keep the nursery clean and organized. During quieter moments, you may assist with baby-related tasks such as washing bottles, organizing baby items, and light tidying of shared spaces. The environment is relaxed and respectful, and you'll have the space to lead the day independently while maintaining open communication with the parents.
