Job Description
Chiemsee Castle Daycare is looking for a team player dedicated to developing the young minds of children. We are looking for a full time, experienced and self-motivated lead certified Teacher. Hours could be 4 ten hour shifts with one day off per week. If you do not have the classes, you must be willing to obtain and would be paid the assistant teacher wage. Qualified candidates must understand how important child development is and will be able to implement age appropriate and fun learning activities daily by following a daily schedule to enhance the classroom environment. Engaging the children in learning activities and self-help skills while maintaining a clean and safe environment for learning and development is required. Additional necessities are to work cooperatively with co-workers and be a team player and have good communication with staff and parents. Must have a love for children and desire to help them develop daily. We offer benefits that include paid holidays, paid vacation time and discounted childcare. Pay range is contingent on education and experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing environment. Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address individual learning needs. Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations in early childhood education.
