Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday 6:45am-5:00pm Thursday 6:45am-4:45pm
Description:
A warm and structured Whitefish Bay family is seeking a mature, experienced career nanny to care for their two children. A busy 3-year-old boy and a newborn daughter.
Position Details Start Date:
August or September 2026
Schedule:
3 days per week Set days: Monday & Wednesday Third day: Thursday, but flexible (full day or split schedule) Children 3.5-year-old (active, curious, thrives with structure) Newborn born in March (easygoing, establishing routine) Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children Maintain a calm, structured environment with clear and consistent boundaries Plan and engage in screen-free, enriching activities (parks, walks, library outings) Manage preschool drop-offs and pick-ups Support infant feeding and nap routines aligned with parent preferences Assist with light child-related household tasks (tidying play areas, bottles, children's laundry) Ideal Candidate 10-15+ years of nanny experience (career nanny strongly preferred) Confident caring for both infants and preschool-aged children simultaneously Calm, steady, and consistent caregiving style aligned with structured parenting Physically active and enjoys getting out of the house daily Strong communicator who partners well with parents Compensation & Benefits $26-$30/hour, based on experience Long-term, stable position with a professional family
PTO Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
