The idea candidate is passionate about Christ, energetic, organized, team-oriented, and has a genuine heart for discipling the next generation. Previous ministry and leadership preferred. There will be an interview process with the lead pastor following the application to ensure that the candiate's vision is in line with the Lead pastor and the church. Responsibilities Teach Biblical truths in a way children and understand and apply. Plan and deliver engaging lessons each week. Organize children's church services, events, and special programs. VBS, holiday events etc... Collaborate with parents, volunteers, and church staff to ensure consistent spiritual guidance and effective communication. Follow all check in and check out procedures that meet the standards for child safety guidelines. Skills Be a Christ dedicated disciple and be passionate about children and their faith in Christ. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate volunteers and team members and recruit new volunteers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and church staff clearly and compassionately. Have deep knowledge of the Bible understanding advance christian teachings and principles.

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
