Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Wesley Chapel Community Church is a growing, non-denominational church in Ralph, Alabama, seeking a passionate and dedicated Bi-Vocational Youth Pastor to lead and disciple our students while helping advance the mission of our church. This is a part-time, bi-vocational role — ideal for someone who has a heart for young people and is able to serve alongside other work or ministry commitments. If you're called to invest in the next generation and help strengthen the local church, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: Plan and lead youth events throughout the year Coordinate and oversee summer camp activities Teach and lead Wednesday night youth Bible studies Build relationships with students and their families Encourage spiritual growth through biblical teaching and mentorship Recruit and develop youth volunteers Occasionally fill in for the Lead Pastor when needed What we're looking for: A growing relationship with Jesus Christ A heart for youth ministry and discipleship Strong communication and leadership skills The ability to teach God's Word effectively The ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteers
Schedule:
Primary hours are Sunday worship (10:00-11:00 AM) and Wednesday evening services (6:30-7:30 PM), plus additional time for planning, events, and camps. A background check is required.
