Job Description
Dierks First Baptist Church is seeking a biblically qualified Pastor to serve as our under-shepherd. The Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, preach the Word of God, equip the congregation for the work of ministry, and oversee the administration of the church in accordance with the Holy Scriptures. The ideal candidate will be a man whose life and ministry align with the qualifications for an elder/pastor as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. A full time Pastor is preferred but a bi-vocational Pastor role will be considered.
