Job Description

Worship Leader -

Beech Baptist Church What You'll Do:

 Lead worship on Sunday mornings in a way that helps people connect with God  Work with the praise team—schedule, rehearse, and encourage them  Communicate with the sound team to keep everything running smoothly during services  Help plan the flow of the service (songs, transitions, special moments)  Help lead worship for special services and holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

 A strong personal faith in Jesus and a heart for worship  Someone who aligns with Southern Baptist beliefs  Ability to work with and encourage a team  Basic musical ability (singing and/or playing an instrument)  Piano experience is a plus  Good communication and teamwork skills

 Part-time role  Reports to the pastor
