HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING Seeking caring behavioral health and trauma-informed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Priest Dr. Recover Clinic in Tempe, AZ.

Full-Time Employed:

40 hours/week M-F daytime positions! 1642 S. Priest Dr., Bldg 6, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ July 21st, 2026 from 10:00am

5 years of behavioral health experience, or An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral, or A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, or A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral, or A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred Must pass typing test with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm Certified Case Manager strongly preferred Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.
