Job Description The Curate/Priest for Intergenerational Ministry supports the rector and parish in fostering a vibrant, Christ centered community that intentionally connects all generations to fulfill our vision to Grow Together Upward, Inward, & Outward (worship formation and friendships, and service to our community/world). This role combines pastoral support, program leadership, volunteer coordination, and ministry development with a focus on building relationships across age groups, with special focus on children/youth and families. The Priest for Intergenerational Ministry helps the parish become a community where:

• Children know adults other than their parents who care about their faith
• Youth feel known and valued in the church
• Adults grow in faith alongside younger generations
• Older adults share, wisdom, membership, and spiritual leadership
• Worship and parish life reflect the full body of Christ across all ages

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Intergenerational Ministry Development

• Work with the Rector to develop and lead intergenerational faith formation groups
• Plan events and ministries that bring children, youth, middle-aged adults, and seniors together in shared faith (and fun!) and experiences
• Coordinate seasonal formation opportunities
• Support family faith formation and parent engagement
