As a historic LGBTQ+ congregation, we are committed to radical love, liberation, and the spiritual flourishing of all people. The Role In this position, you will work closely with our Senior Pastor to:

Develop & Facilitate Programming:

Lead women's ministry, small groups, and retreats.

Coordinate Volunteers:

Empower our community to engage in special events and fundraisers.

Worship Participation:

Join us in leadership and prayer during Sunday services (at least 3x per month).

Grow & Lead:

Help shape the future of our ministry through creative program development.

Who You Are Spiritually Rooted:

You are ordained, approved for ordination, or currently on an ordination track.

Justice-Centered:

You align with the inclusive and liberatory mission of the MCC movement.

Collaborative:

You enjoy building relationships and fostering a culture of shared leadership.

Education:
