Youth Ministry Leader Crestview Church Boulder, CO Job Details Part-time | Contract $23 - $25 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Word Google Docs Volunteer management Collaboration Spreadsheets Teaching religious studies Working with students Mentoring Relationship building Working with youth Interpersonal communication Full Job Description Crestview Church, a warm, family-oriented Christian Reformed Church in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking a part-time Youth Ministry Leader to build meaningful relationships with middle and high school students, teach God's Word, and help students grow as followers of Jesus Christ.
Position Details Hours:
Approximately 4-7 hours per week (average)
Pay:
$22-25/hour, depending on experience
Start Date:
September 1, 2026 (flexible) Responsibilities Build Relationships Build meaningful relationships with middle and high school students. Encourage and mentor students as they grow in their relationship with Christ. Foster a welcoming environment where every student feels known and valued. Lead Weekly Ministry Plan and lead an engaging, biblically based youth group with a small group of students. Encourage participation in Sunday worship, discipleship, fellowship, service, and the life of the church. Equip students to grow in their faith and confidently share their own story of God's grace. Partner with Families and Church Leadership Communicate with parents as needed to keep families informed and engaged. Meet weekly with the Lead Pastor for encouragement, planning, and support. Provide a brief monthly ministry update to the Church Council. Coordinate Activities Coordinate annual youth retreat, fun events and service projects throughout the year Collaborate with staff and volunteers to create meaningful experiences for students.
Qualifications Someone who:
Has a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for investing in young people. Affirms and supports the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Crestview Church. Can teach the Bible in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Has solid administrative skills including Microsoft Word, Google docs and spreadsheets Has at least one year of youth ministry experience (paid or volunteer) role To Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to .
