Part-time Position Mission The mission of the Bishop Experience Project Manager is to plan and execute programs and systems aimed to improve FOCUS's service to these Church leaders. This is a dynamic role, meant to meet the evolving needs of the department. Reporting to the Vice President of Partner Experience, the Project Manager will, with the VP, design and oversee the execution of SEEK events, develop systems to ensure active collaboration and excellence in partner data capture and management, design and oversee implementation of an overarching communication strategy, and assist FOCUS leadership with coordinated communication with individual Bishops. Position Responsibilities SEEK Bishop Experience Based on Bishop research, aid in developing the next evolution of the Bishops' Experience at SEEK Collaborate with Events and Marketing to create a formative and welcoming experience for Bishops at SEEK in multiple locations. Oversee various aspects of on-the-ground hospitality at SEEK. Care for partners and VIPs on the ground during SEEK. Bishop Relationship Management and Coordinated Communication With VP, identify and administer FOCUS relationship managers for every Bishop in the US Develop protocols FOCUS- and FMF-wide for outreach and communication with Bishops Help to build work systems to ensure accurate capture of current contact, relationship and discussions within FOCUS's CRM Bishop Communication With the VP and Marketing, develop and administer a system-wide communication strategy for all Bishops (including audience segmentation, based on FOCUS exposure and relationship) With VP, develop vision for the Bishops Report; with Marketing identify and oversee strategy to execute reports to all audiences Special Projects As needed, own or assist with special projects for Partner Experience, which may include: Implement surveys or other research means; build systems for data management; strategy for email communications Build inter-departmental collaboration, including working with QGI, IT, Marketing, Events, Formative Enterprises, Collegiate Outreach and Parish Outreach Cultivate Divine Intimacy Pray in community, including scheduled department prayer time (Holy-half hour minimum) and DSC- Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3p.m. Avail yourself of other spiritual opportunities (see Guidelines for Divine Intimacy at the DSC policy) Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people outside of FOCUS. Live out the moral life in Christ (see e.g. Oath of Fidelity and relevant policies) Qualifications Excellent organization skills Communication skills Proficiency (with training) in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Raiser's Edge, Hubspot, Qualtrix Compensation & Benefits For this role, we anticipate paying $45,000 - $84,000/year . This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
