The Journey Kids Director needs to be an extremely confident, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can lead staff and volunteer teams to provide world-class environments for all Journey Kids Areas (Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary). This person needs to be a gifted problem-solver who considers obstacles as challenges to be conquered. This person must be a team player, a team builder, and someone who consistently seeks more of Jesus.

Next Gen Pastor Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Lead the Journey Kids volunteer team through prayer, coaching, motivation, affirmation, empowerment, evaluation, and supervision Build, supervise and maintain a cohesive strategy to effectively transition all children through age-specific ministry environments Oversee and lead all budget proposals and management of funds for Children's Ministry Provide regular and consistent quality control for Journey Kids to ensure effectiveness, innovation, and sustainability Seek to create a healthy relationship with Journey Students Maintain and communicate alignment with the Mission and Vision of Journey Christian Church Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings pertaining to assigned teams

Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior Commitment to continued personal spiritual growth and formation Model the standards and expectations of leaders within Journey Christian Church Must attend
Journey Christian Church Experience:
