- _This position will support the Palliative Care department._
Summary:
- + The Board-Certified Chaplain (BCC) is a full clinical member of the health care team and is considered the lead expert in Spiritual Care issues. + Provides services for the pastoral/spiritual needs of patients, families, and staff members. + Knowledgeable in theology, spirituality, and pastoral care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Required Certification is NAJC (National Association of Jewish Chaplains) or APC (Association of Professional Chaplains) or NACC (National Association of Catholic Chaplains). + Required Education is a Master's Degree from and Accredited University in Theology Related. 4 units, 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education. + Required - Ecclesiastical endorsement. +
