  • Responsibilities:
  • + Assists the Director of Pastoral Care and the CPE Manager in the operation of the Clinical Pastoral Education Program. + Responsible for direct oversight of the Chaplain Residents and is responsible for educational supervision and immediate individual supervision to the CPE students. + Coordinate accreditation processes, including oversight of the Professional Advisory Group.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • + Required experience includes 3 years of Pastoral Care and 3 years as an ACPE Certified Educator. + Board Certification Chaplain required. + Master's degree from an accredited school in Theology or related field required. + Preferred
  • NAJC (Chaplains); Preferred
  • NACC (Chaplains); Preferred
  • APC (Chaplains)
  • Additional Preferred Skills:
  • + Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
