  • Part-time Job Summary GracePointe Church of the Nazarene is looking for a bold, bilingual, and Spirit-filled Next Generation Pastor to lead our ministry to middle school, high school, and college-age students.
If you are a culture-shaper who loves young people, preaches with fire, and connects naturally with both English and Spanish-speaking families — we want to meet you. Duties Lead Sunday and Wednesday Next Generation programming for middle school, high school, and college-age students Preach a minimum of 5 times per year in the main worship service Develop discipleship programs, small groups, and seasonal events that draw in new students and unchurched families Provide pastoral care to students and families in both English and Spanish Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and student leaders Plan mission trips, retreats, and an annual Youth Revival Collaborate with church staff to align Next Generation ministry with GracePointe's vision Schedule Sundays | 9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM Wednesdays | 6:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM Remaining hours flexible within the 10-15 hour weekly commitment Experience Experience in youth or young adult ministry required English fluency required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred Willingness to preach and grow as a communicator, preaching training and mentorship provided Church of the Nazarene background or Wesleyan-Holiness familiarity a plus Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills Must pass a background check
