Pastor/Director of Worship and Technology

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Worship Leader/Pastor (Part-Time or Full-Time) to inspire and lead our congregation in worship, spiritual growth, and community engagement. This vital role involves guiding worship services, fostering a welcoming environment, and mentoring team members to cultivate a vibrant faith community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a heart for teaching, and excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse audiences and support spiritual development. Responsibilities Lead engaging and heartfelt worship services, including music, prayer, and scripture reading, ensuring an uplifting experience for all attendees Must be comfortable in traditional and modern worship setting Develop and implement worship plans that align with the church s mission and seasonal themes Foster a welcoming atmosphere by encouraging participation and building relationships within the congregation Mentor and train volunteer worship team members, including musicians, singers, and tech support staff Collaborate with pastoral staff to coordinate service flow, special events, and outreach initiatives Provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals seeking prayer or counseling during services or church events Promote a spirit of unity and community through active communication and leadership within the church family Skills Strong teaching ability to communicate biblical principles clearly and inspiringly Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and fostering collaborative efforts Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse age groups and backgrounds Mentoring experience to nurture emerging leaders within the church community Proficiency in musical direction or performance is preferred but not required; a passion for worship is essential Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and flexibility in a part-time capacity Join us in creating an inspiring environment where faith is celebrated through music, teaching, and community!
