We are prayerfully seeking a passionate, relational and structured Family Ministry Director to oversee our NexGen initiatives from birth through high school. This role focuses on discipling the next generation in a living relationship with Christ while equipping, encouraging and partnering with parents to lead their families spiritually at home. Responsibilities Lead and oversee family-focused youth ministry programs, including coordinating activities for children and teens, and fostering family involvement in the church community. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; collaborate with parents and caregivers to support spiritual growth and healthy development. Plan, organize, and execute events and programs (retreats, workshops, mission activities) aligned with faith-based goals and community needs. Provide mentorship, counseling, while maintaining boundaries and safeguarding policies. Partner with Senior Pastor, Educators, and community organizations to enhance outreach, fundraising, and resource development. Qualifications Experience leading youth and family ministries within a faith-based nonprofit or religious organization Proven ability to engage families with children, collaborate with parents, and support youth development Strong background in volunteer management, event planning, and outreach within a religious context Skills in teaching religious studies, mentoring, etc.
