Job Description The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be an outgoing team player who can invite people into a relationship with Jesus, come alongside faithful ministry volunteers, and actively invite youth and families to participate in missions. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Vision:
Provide strategic, spiritual, and organizational leadership to align children's, youth, and family ministries with the church's missiom and long-term discipleship goals.
Youth Ministry:
Oversee and develop engaging, safe, and spiritually formative ministry experiences that disciple youth and equip them for active participation in the life of the church.
Children's Ministry Support:
Partner with lay leadership to strengthen children's ministry through curriculum support, volunteer development, and well-coordinated programs and events.
Family Ministry & Parent Support:
Equip and encourage parents and caregivers to nurture faith at home while fostering meaningful connection and community among families
Administration & Collaboration:
Manage administrative responsibilities and cross staff collaboration to ensure family ministries are well resourced, integrated, and sustainable.
