This is a full-time leadership position that offers the opportunity to preach the Gospel with conviction, cultivate a culture of discipleship, and build meaningful partnerships within the broader community. The right candidate will not merely fill a role — they will embrace a calling. We are looking for a pastor who leads with humility and vision, who cares deeply for people, and who is committed to the local church as the primary vehicle for God's Kingdom work on earth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully, clearly, and consistently from the pulpit and in other ministry settings. Provide visionary, servant-hearted leadership to the congregation, staff, and ministry leaders. Shepherds and provide pastoral care for the congregation, including hospital visitation, counseling, crisis ministry, and bereavement support. Oversee and collaborate with the Board of Deacons in the administration and governance of the church. Lead, develop, and disciple staff, lay leaders, and ministry team volunteers. Champion Evangelism, community outreach, and local and global missions Foster a culture of prayer, spiritual growth, and biblical discipleship across all generations. Represent the church in the community, with denominational partners, and in collaborative ministry relationships. Provide guidance on matters of doctrine, church policy, and congregational vision. Lead the church in the administration of the ordinances: Baptism and the Lord's Supper
