Job Description
Fleming Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a faithful, Bible-believing Bi-Vocational Pastor who is first and foremost a man of God, called to preach and teach the Word with conviction, compassion, and sound doctrine. Located in a welcoming Southern suburban community near a military base, our church has an active congregation of approximately 50 members representing a variety of ages. We desire a shepherd who has a heart for pastoral care, including visiting members, encouraging families, and ministering to those in need. Previous pastoral experience is preferred. A church parsonage is available for the pastor and his family, if desired.
