• We are grateful to have a functioning worship team in need of a permanent leader Responsibilities As a Worship Leader you will be… Modeling and leading heartfelt worship in an invitational style
• that draws people in, encourages participation, and points people to Jesus.

Planning our weekly Sunday 9:00 am worship service. The worship songs should engage the congregation and support the sermon series in a relevant way. Recruiting, auditioning, teaching, and training musicians to serve the congregation as a team with musical skill and humility. Leading weekly rehearsals that serve a dual purpose: (A) preparation for Sunday and (B) cultivation of authentic Christ-centered community. Requirements Proven experience in leading worship in a church or similar setting with demonstrated musical ability Strong teaching skills to train team members and communicate vision clearly Exceptional leadership qualities that motivate others and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various ministry teams and congregation members Ability to mentor team members, encouraging their growth both musically and spiritually Proficiency in playing at least one instrument or vocal performance A genuine passion for worship, spiritual development, and community building Join us as a Worship Leader where your energetic spirit can ignite hearts, inspire faith, and build a thriving community through powerful music and authentic leadership.
