The ideal candidate must:
Be in love with Jesus- Jesus comes first in everything Be gifted at ministering to students and families Be passionate about sharing the Gospel, outreach and discipleship Be organized - We are grateful to have many dedicated leaders and about 100 students Elementary through High School age, serving and attending Wednesday evening ministries. As a Youth Pastor, you will be…. Coming alongside our current ministry teams in order to provide leadership and support to our youth programs that meet on Wednesday evening Developing and executing a plan to connect students and their parents to church life by providing fellowship opportunities, discipleship classes, and other growth opportunities Assisting and being an active participant at JBF's community outreach efforts Shepherding the hearts of children, youth and families at JBF Qualifications Proven experience in youth ministry or related roles involving mentoring, teaching, or social work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young people through positive engagement. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with youth, parents, volunteers, and church leadership. Ability to plan engaging events and activities that resonate with diverse youth populations. Demonstrated capacity for working with children in various settings while maintaining a safe environment. Passion for mentoring young people through faith-based guidance and social-emotional support. Pay:
$20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
