Worship Pastor + Student Ministry Pastor We re looking for a worship leader who carries both a deep love for Jesus and a genuine love for people.

Someone who:

Has a desire to grow spiritually and seeking a deeper relationship with God. Sees worship as a lifestyle, not just a setlist. Feels called to invest in people spiritually, not just develop them musically. Leads with humility, but also with confidence in what God has called them to do. Values the presence of God more than the perfection of a moment. Can embrace and build within a smaller team with faith, joy, and vision. We re not chasing production-we re pursuing the presence of God. And we believe when the heart is right, God makes much of what we bring. What This Leader Will Do This leader will help shape the worship culture of our church by: Leading Worship Gatherings Creating environments where people can genuinely encounter God-through both prepared excellence and Spirit-led moments. Understanding that sometimes the most powerful worship happens when things are simple and stripped down. Investing in the Team Discipling and developing the worship team as followers of Jesus first. Building relationships, encouraging growth, and helping each person step into who God has called them to be. Cultivating Culture Helping establish a worship culture marked by humility, authenticity, hunger for God, and a focus on Jesus above all else. Building with Vision Seeing beyond where we are now and leading with faith into what God is building-while embracing the beauty and limitations of a smaller team. Stewarding the Practical Planning sets, organizing rehearsals, and utilizing tools (like Multitracks, if applicable) to support-not replace-the heart of worship. A Word About Leadership We believe the most effective worship leaders are those who: Make much of Jesus, not themselves Carry both humility and healthy confidence Understand the weight and the privilege of leading people in worship Speak life-not self-deprecation or ego-but truth, encouragement, and faith If combined with students, this role expands into discipling the next generation-raising up young people who know Jesus and aren t afraid to live for Him. Someone who will stand in the gap Who will love God wholeheartedly and love people well And who will lead us to fix our eyes on Jesus again and again.
